OVERVIEW
Player age range is from 3-10 years old. Coach Bill Lanza (BIO) and Coach Meg Shivers (BIO) have designed a player focused practice/game environment, and will be coaching all the children at practice.
Players are grouped according to age and ability in practices and games. For the first half of practice all players are using their own ball reviewing basic skills while playing age appropriate activities. Next. we play small sided games with players of similar ability.

Important Dates:
- We will send you a Welcome Email and the practice schedule on Friday, March 13th.
- Rosters will be posted by Friday, March 27th.
- Games will begin April 5th.

Games and Practices
Players can wear any athletic footwear. Shin guards are required to be worn during games.
- Times: 15 minute warmup, 15 minute practice followed by a 15 minute game between 12:30PM - 2:30PM
- Sundays - April 5, 12, 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17 (Makeup - May 31)
